SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods (sales, new launches), processing may take an additional few days.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Standard shipping: 2-6 business days — $12 AUD (or free over $150)
• Express shipping: 1-3 business days — $20 AUD 

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email from AusPost. You'll be able to track details through this. Please ensure you provide your email address so Auspost can email your confirmation. 

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at rosenellaclothing@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Rosenella is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
